AZTEC JADE

"Paradise Lost"

(Adrenaline, 2000)

Completely signed up inside the young batch of progressive metal inspired by Dream Theater, these native of New York perspire their side but personal in the moments in that they leave in evidence their influences of those ' 70s (Genesis, Rush), mainly thanks to the work of the keyboardist Tim Becker, although the metallic baggage is the one that gives form to the songs. And surprisingly these they are not extensive, indicating us that they concentrate their abilities without dangerous excesses, like it usually happens in this type of bands. This compact one is in fact an edition for Europe that gathers the first two launchings of the band, the EP "Modern Prophet" and their first album, "Frame Of Mind" that presented under the I title of "Paradise Lost" they add seventeen courts, including some bonus.
